Landon "Rudy" Rudolph filed a complaint today, September 9, seeking a declaratory judgment and taxpayer injunctive relief from the White County court. Rudolph is charging that the city of Carmi hired and made an outside counsel agreement without City Council approval. According to Rudolph, requested records of a public vote returned a "no records responsive to your request" reply.
