Enfield Blue Ribbon 4-H Club Hold 4-H Week Proclamation Signing At the October 6, 2019 meeting of the Enfield Blue Ribbon 4-H Club, the club held the National 4-H Proclamation Signing with Mayor Tom Harbour of Enfield. The club approved expenses for Corn King and Queen reception.
Members discussed items to be provided for the Thanksgiving Basket which will be given to a local family. The club was asked for different activities for service, workshops, and things to do this year. Programs were given by Hunter Robinson on Conservation and Emmaline Draper on Citizenship. A demonstration was given by Caitlin South on filling up a balloon by producing a chemical reaction using baking soda and vinegar.
The club sang Itsy Bitsy Spider for a special today. The Evening of Excellence will be held on November 2, 2019 at NCOE. There were 12 members, two leaders, and seven guests present. The next meeting is planned for November 3, 2019–Submitted by Kerrigan Black
