Twelve candidates competing to be on the November general election ballot came to Carmi on Friday night. The White County Republicans hosted a chili supper and invited candidates to attend. The primary elections are set for March 17. Early voting is ongoing at the courthouse.

Two Republicans Seek Nomination for 109th District Representative

The Spring 2020 primaries will have no contest in the 109th District Democrat race, with John Spencer of Louisville being the lone candidate on that primary ballot.
