• B. Appointment of Jennifer Foote as a Carmi Library Board Trustee to fill the remainder of Cathy Seiler's term.
• C. Ordinance No. 1692, An Ordinance Regulating Traffic Flow Within the City of Carmi (four-way stop at Rice Street and Webb Street)
• D. Ordinance No. 1693, An Ordinance Regulating Traffic Flow Within the City of Carmi (four-way stop at 9^th Street and Fackney Street)
• E. Brownstown Electric Supply quote of $22,723.10 to replace a capacitor bank at 6^th and Sycamore.
• F. NAAS quote of $19,947.50 to repair the tap changer in Transformer A.
• G. Resolution No. 09.15.2026, A Resolution Regarding the City of Carmi Burrell Park Fund CD
• H. Resolution No. 09.16.2026, A Resolution Closing Streets for Corn Day Rides
• I. Pay request from Brown and Roberts, Inc., Jessup St & Main St Storm Sewer C&O-$5,888.69 (payable from TIF 2)
• J. Change Order 25-061-04 for the Radio Read Water Meter Project to increase contract time by 100 calendar days.
• K. Pay request from Brown and Roberts, Inc. WWTP Digester Rehab C&O- $3,592.57 (payable from IEPA Loan)
