With the temperatures in the lower 40s on Thursday, it got progressively colder in the evening as the 2nd Annual Christmas in the Village event kicked off last night in Norris City with the tree lighting at Dale Park, music performed by Grace Woodrow and Elise Hortin, free carriage rides by Bryant Farms and their miniature horses, and Santa meeting with kids, with free photographs by Oh Snap Photo Booth and R&T Physical Therapy.
